Land and Environment Court Law Vacation 2010/2011

• The Judges' fixed vacation begins on 20 December 2010 and the first day of term in 2011 will be 31 January 2011. This means that the last sitting day will be Friday 17 December 2010.  Matters may be listed for s 34 conferences, mediations and hearings before Commissioners throughout the fixed vacation except for the public holidays of 27 and 28 December 2010, 3 and 26 January 2011.
