4 March 2010: Aurora Native Title Internship Program
The Aurora Native Title Internship Program has been placing law students and graduates from Australian universities at Native Title Representative Bodies (NTRBs) and other organisations involved in policy, social justice and Indigenous affairs since the summer of 2003/2004. The program introduces candidates to career opportunities in native title and at the same time provides assistance to under-resourced and overworked organizations. The program has now been extended to include anthropology and other social science (archaeology, cultural heritage, environmental management, human geography, history and sociology) students and graduates.
The application period for the Winter 2010 round of internships is from Monday 8, March through to Thursday, 1 April 2010.
Applications can be submitted via the Aurora website at www.auroraproject.com.au.
