The Department of Planning is inviting you to attend a forum on Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act.
Following the receipt of comments on draft guidelines about the implementation of the changes to Part 4, the meeting provides an opportunity for technical discussion. It will:
- bring together key stakeholders to work through the detail of Part 4 implementation
- identify key issues from stakeholder perspectives
- discuss options to resolve these key issues.
